Custard fruit salad preparation

Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)

3 cups milk
5 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons custard powder
3 tablespoons milk, warm or at room temperature
1.5 to 2 cups chopped fruits(yellow mango, pomegranate, cherries, banana and apple)

Preparation

1. Take a wide pan and heat milk in the pan.
2. Add sugar and mix it well until it dissolves.
3. Take custard powder in a small bowl and add warm milk to it, mix it well until confirm without lumps.
4. When the milk turns hot add custard powder mix slowly.
5. Keep stirring and cook on a slow fame till it's thick.
6. When custard turns thick switch off stove and whisk it well to make it smooth and cover with a lid let's cool it then keep it in refrigerator to chill it.
7. Take your favourite fruits,  here i am taking fresh fruits mentioned above. So take 1.5 cups chopped fruits mix with chilled custard and garnish with cherries or your favourite fruit.
