Healthy Indian Sweet Ragi Java | Sweet Ragi Malt Recipe | Sweet Ragi Porridge

Ingredients:

Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
Jaggery as required
Cardamom powder - 1/2 table spoon
Water as required

Procedure:

Take a bowl mix ragi flour in some water to avoid lumps formation and keep it aside.

Take a pan add water get to boil then add the grated jaggery and cardamom powder. 

After melt jaggery add mixed ragi flour to it and keep mixing and cook for 5 -8 minutes in medium flame.Sweet Ragi malt is ready.
